Very good
Absolutely love this product, especially for the price. It was an easy install even on my 2007 f150. Worked perfect with my aftermarket radio! Took me about an hour and a half to install.

Great camera
It shows a great picture, even at night. The LEDs light up really bright! If you already have a similar unit, this one uses the same cabling. Mine was plugged and play. The last camera lasted 7 years, but the case got moisture in it so the outer lens fogged up. I hope this unit lasts just as long!

Buy another camera
I recently bought a radio with a screen set up for a back up camera, but the camera that came in the kit seemed too bulky. This camera appeared to be perfect as it’s compact and already uses the plate bolts to hold it on so no drilling. I made the mistake of believing it would actually work, so I took my whole back hatch apart, installed the wires clean, put the whole car back together and went to reverse out of the garage to a “no signal” screen. I took it all back apart and plugged the camera that came in the kit to the car and it worked fine. I sent the first one back and ordered a second one hoping it was a a one time thing, and just installed the second one. This one actually has the leds around the camera light up, but still no video. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

It works, but the image is pretty washed out and the wires are VERY fragile.
I got this as a 'what the hell' kind of purchase when I realized the new head unit I was installing could support a backup camera. It's cheap, it works. The image is extremely washed out, but it shows what I'm backing up to, so it does what is required. The only real caveat is the wires of the supplied harness are very, very thin. i had difficulty soldring them because they were so thin. I am concerned they will break over time from simple vibration or rubbing. If this kit had sightly beefier wires it would get another star.
