Taste good and good for making clear Gelatin.

I tried their ube and mango flavors before and was very pleased with it. So, I decided to try this lychee flavor. I must say that this brand of extract does not disappoint. It has a nice syruppy thickness to it and a lot of flavor where only a few drops are needed. It comes really close to the actual sweetness of the real lychee fruit, which I love. Now, I can enjoy it all year instead of waiting for it to be in season. Also, this flavoring is a much cheaper option than buying the fruit itself. Unlike the ube and mango flavors, this particular lychee flavor extract has no color to it.

Gets bonus points in terms of being one of the only lychee extracts on the market; minus points for tasting so heavily floral and sweet that it can be kind of cloying if overused. I got the recommendation from a recipe for lychee hibiscus rose madeleines (which also recommended this brand, not that I could find many others.) Use very very sparingly! And beyond specific dessert qualities I can't say it's super versatile. However if used lightly it can definitely add an unusual, luxurious taste to desserts. It just lacks the sheer delicious "pow" factor of more popular extracts like vanilla, almond, orange, etc.

tase just like lychee and does not tase fake at all highly recomend and it smelled amazing it is a little small but i little goes a long way i used it for my edible crystals

It’s just chemicals with artificial flavoring. Synthetic, not good for your health. I just threw it out. Don’t waste your money.
