Amazing attention to detail
I gotta say I'm very impressed with the way the figure moves. All the little hydrolics such as the biceps and triceps as well as the leg parts work! When you move the limbs the tiny little parts move to maintain a very realistic look. That said the gun fits ok in the hands. I think this is partly due to the shape of the gun with the magazine in the back. I've had to switch the pose to a 2 hand grip seen in the picture to stabilize the gun since it fits loosely in the hand. The figure is also very light so the gun can make balancing it difficult depending on the pose. Neca does make little stands however that can be found on Amazon if this is a problem. But I was able to get it stand on its own. That said, the attention to detail and design is great as always. The terminator is posed next to Neca's Duke Nukem also in the 7" category and is slightly taller than Duke by about 1/8 of an inch

Beware of bootlegs!
I purchased two of these Terminator T800 figures about a week apart from each other. The first one was clearly a cheap Chinese bootleg but the second one was the real Neca Terminator figure. I didn't realize this until I received the second real Neca figure because I had nothing to compare it to. The Chinese figure pretty much broke as soon as I started articulating the arms and legs. The paint job was bad and one of the legs was warped (I tried the hot water trick but didn't really help it). The metal pins that hold the arms and legs together are also a clear giveaway (Neca used actual pins with flat heads (like small nails) while the on the bootleg figure it looks like badly cut pieces of wire. Also, the teeth aren't painted as well and the Phase plasma rifle has a slightly different paint job (silver lines on the magazine of the bootleg. The image of the boxed T800 is the real one and the loose figure is the bootleg. I hope this helps!

Very beautiful and detailed sculpt but has difficulty standing on it's own.
I really can't withhold my admiration for the dedication that went into designing the sculpt as you can see the artists definitely had a passion for this assignment they were given by NECA.It even has the mechanical exhaust flaps on its back which were seen in the famous final scene of the 1984 Terminator movie, but I would be careful in opening and closing them too often as the pieces can come loose. The figure is quite articulate and I think a talented stop motion animator can very easily use this in a project. The figure, although looking diabolical as it should, is actually very light.I initially thought that this was an oversight but later realized how much essential it was that it is lightweight,as I move over to discuss its main disadvantage: It is near impossible to keep it standing steady and not have it fall off. Many a time, I had arranged it in a movie worthy pose ,only later to see it lose balance and fall to the ground. Here it is the low weight of the figure that saved it from experiencing too much damage from the fall.It is especially frustrating to keep it on balance when it is holding the run that comes as an accessory as it's even heavier than the T800's arm. So you might consider using a figure stand.Overall, especially given the just about reasonable price, I would say this figure can easily be treasured possession of a fan of the Terminator franchise.

Terminator collectors will want this!
A must buy for Terminator collectors. This figure looks fantastic, great detail and color! It Unlike many toys that are out there, this looks like a real one. The figure has lots of movable joints and pieces so it will break pretty easy. The wires on the figure are soft plastic and could easily be pulled out if not paying attention. Comes with a weapon which I am going to assume is a Phased Plasma Rifle in a 40 Watt range, not specified on the box. The box looks cool with Cyberdyne logo on the side. Box was received damaged but figure was perfect. The box is cool, but this figure looks too good not to take out. I want more. Amazing detailed brittle plastic
The figure is really nicely detailed, the fact that pieces pivot when it moves and the paint are all fantastic. My problem is with how fragile it is (and kind of hard to pose). I took it out of the box and broke the thumb off almost immediately just trying to put the gun in it's hand. It's still cool but the plastic is very fragile and easily broken, particularly those fingers.

Looks cool but cheap and breaks very easily
First one the foot broke and the wire in the back of his head snapped from turning his head. The second one the leg just snapped off trying to get him posed.

DIY Stand
I have a collection of different types of statues and I struggled to find a terminator one, it doesn’t come with a stand which makes it mighty difficult to stand on its own so I built one with some spare parts and 3d printer pieces
