As someone who has debilitating anxiety and thin nails, it’s nearly impossible for me to grow out my own nails without picking at them or then breaking on their own. But I’m here to tell you that these Biotin gummies have changed the game!! My nails are strong and have grown easily without chipping or breaking. My girl friend gave me a high five today because she’s never seen my natural nails this long and healthy in our 8 year-long friendship. I’ve also noticed that my hair has been much healthier lately to where I’ve actually needed to wash it more often; usually wash it once or twice a week but now that my hair’s actually producing oil again I’ve been able to wash it more often without drying it out!! Now for the actual gummies- they taste SO GOOD! I take quite a few pills daily so adding in another supplement gets to be annoying to me, but not with these gummies. Because they taste so good I actually look forward to taking them every day! I keep them in the bathroom by my toothbrush so I remember to take them every morning. I’m super happy with these gummies! I used to take biotin pills when I was a teen and I always had such nice hair. I’m glad to be taking biotin again in a much yummier way!!

The gummies are delicious and easy to take - they taste like strawberries! I've tried other biotin supplements in the past, but these gummies are by far the most effective. I think it's because they're made with high-quality ingredients and are easy to digest. One thing to note is that it takes a few weeks to start seeing results, so be patient! But trust me, it's worth it. I've already recommended these gummies to my friends and family. My only suggestion would be to make the bottle a bit bigger - I go through these gummies pretty quickly! But overall, I'm super happy with the results and would definitely buy them again. It’s worth the cost and it easy to melt and have some sort of stickiness to it ‼️

I’m 35 years old... I purchased this product on a whim about a month ago after hearing my friends talk for years on “taking Biotin” for their hair. I had a paycheck to burn and thought I’d spoil myself and finally buy myself some TLC products that I’ve always wanted to try. I decided I was going to spend some money on various vitamins, hair products and biotin... however, I hate pills. I hate pills so much. So after extensive searching on Amazon, I settled on this product for the high reviews and reasonable price. If it didn’t work, at least I didn’t spend too much. I have to be honest, I was not expecting a guaranteed experience. I had little faith in gummies really being as effective as pills. But desperate to not take pills, I took the gamble. I have natural light brunette hair and it is very thin, limp, and fine. It has been this way my entire life and I always blamed genetics. To give it some body I bleach it (I damage it pretty much, for that extra volume). During this same time of splurging on self-care products I also freshly bleached my hair. (This is important, you’ll see) Two weeks into taking the gummies, I started noticing my fresh roots showing very dramatically. I didn’t attribute it to the gummies at that time though and thought my hair lady just didn’t do as good a job in bleaching as closely to my scalp as she usually does. Three weeks into taking the gummies, I started catching my reflection often in any mirror I passed wondering why my roots looked so different. They were intensely dark and contrasting near my bleached hair. Not a usual trait of my usually fine hair, my natural roots are usually much lighter and almost blend into my bleached hair. Today, week four of taking the gummies, I finally took a genuine long look at my roots and ran my fingers through them. It had only been a month since I had my hair done and it looked like it had been two or three, my roots were drastically obvious, I was almost annoyed ... and then I finally realized what was happening. My hair is growing out much, much, much thicker than it ever had in my entire life! That’s why the new growth was appearing so dark. I am stunned! And excited. I have never had thick hair before. When I run my fingers through my natural new growth roots I feel body and thickness that I didn’t have before. I came straight on here to write this review. It has only been one month! And this new thicker growth is only an inch or so. I can not wait to see what a few more months will give me in hair health but it is obvious that these gummies are working. I wish I started taking these years ago.

So far 😊 1. it tastes very good which encourages me to take these daily. 2. It’s affordable. As an Afro-Natural I am on a “retain my hair length” journey. I’m hoping to see positive results by the end of the month. When it comes to these things consistency is 🔑. 3. I just started using it, but it has the same dosage, I noticed as, another brand I used previously that worked but was too expensive. So I’m pretty sure this will work just as well. A treat for caring for your body. * This is not a healing pill/gummy, but a supplement meant to make up for/add on to whatever lacks in ones diet.
