My Neighbor Totoro [Blu-ray]

These steelbook versions of ghibli films are great. Definitely going to get the rest of my favorites in this format.

This movie is amazing, love the art style, love the story, love the condition of the steelbook. ALTHOUGH for the people who did NOT receive their exclusive booklet with their purchase please note you can attempt to email gkids themselves and ask them to send you the booklet! Thats what I did and It saves a lot of time from having to return the steelbook back to Amazon.

I wish that my neighbor be Totoro. Lots of fun. Catbus is another of my favorite character.

With its charming characters, enchanting world, and universal themes, "My Neighbor Totoro" remains a timeless classic that continues to inspire and delight us all. Whether you're experiencing it for the first time or revisiting it for the hundredth, this Blu-ray release is an essential addition to any movie lover's collection. English dub was surprisingly good.

I adore ghibli films and this one is no exception, I highly recommend

Hayao Miyazakai’s 1988 film, “My Neighbor Totoro,” is a beautiful environmental fairytale about a professor and his two daughters who move to a rural village in postwar Japan, befriending wood spirits and visiting their realm. The film is one of the quintessential Studio Ghibli works, with house spirits, Totoro himself, the Catbus, and great scenes of the natural world. All of this taps into Shinto and animism themes while also serving to represent the girls’ uncertainties about being a new place while their mother is away recovering from illness. It’s a beautiful film for viewers of all ages and this Steelbook edition is a great way to add it to one’s home movie collection.

Was delivered on time and beautifully wrapped in plastic with no dents in the steel casing.

This movie cured my depression for a solid week so I call that a win.
