Warthog Camping Hatchet Axe, 9" Full Tang Small Axe with Sheath

My husband loves this hatchet! It’s small, practical, and really well made. He uses it for garden work and outdoor activities, and he always keeps it in great condition. It has a nice weight, feels comfortable to handle, and cuts perfectly. Definitely a tool worth having! 👌🪓

I basically use a this all the time to travel light. Highly recommended

Bought this little hatchet for my grandson, who is into scouting, camping etc. This tool is extremely sturdy and very sharp, right out of the package. Smaller than I thought, and doesn’t fit my hand well, but I thought, for a Boy Scout, should be good. The quality of the tool is superb; the quality of the sheath, not so much. The sheath is more of an afterthought, and really doesn’t fit with the hatchet. I would have liked this tool much better with a composite handle, that would provide a firm grip. The wood looks very pretty, but is slippery in your hand; one thing you don’t want with this thing is a sliding grip near the blade. Also, I would have liked some type of hammerhead on the other side for tent pegs, etc. All in all, good quality tool, sheath is sort of crappy, and smaller than I thought. I’m going to be returning this item - this is not a tool for a kid or teen. Looks pretty cool, but functionality ???

My ax arrived quickly. It is of great craftsmanship and is very sturdy and sharp. The steel goes all the way through the wood handle so it should not break easily. It is a little smaller then I thought it would be but it light and really beautiful to look at. My wife loves it because it fits her hand comfortably. Very happy with my purchase.

This little axe/hatchet is more than eye candy. It is as beautiful as shown in the product description. The handle feels comfortable in hand. Best yet, it works! It came with a sharp edge. I've touched it up and it takes an edge easily. I used it to remove bark from wood for carving. It was great for cutting small branches when pruning trees. The only drawback was the blade catches in the sheath and is difficult to remove. I just leave it out.

Excellent quality. Heavier than I expected. Have not yet used it.

The NedFoss Warthog Camping Hatchet Axe is a stellar choice for those seeking a perfect blend of elegance and rugged functionality. Whether you're a seasoned outdoors enthusiast or a casual camper, this axe is sure to exceed expectations. It not only serves as a reliable tool but also makes for an unforgettable and cherished gift.

Meh. This is a low quality mini camp hatchet. The blade looks ok, there is no stamp to know what type of metal was used so blade angle and edge retention will be seen. I’m going to use this for yard work so it will get a workout. I needed something bigger than a pocket knife and smaller than a machete. Cheap. The handle came with a gap that they filled with a soft putty… that is bad. I’ll have to replace the handle at some point cause that will crack. Sheath is crap, and low quality no belt loop, it’s lightweight.

Un peu petite mais de bonne qualité et avec de jolis détails.

Very Good Quality

Holds an edge very well, slightly flimsy feeling in the hand due to smaller sized handle and larger hands. Build quality seems 90-95% there. Some edges were a little sharp on handle where the grip is ever so small. All in all, for the price, this is an exceptional tool.

Great quality, love my axe

Haven’t used it yet but recieved today and can tell by weight and overall look the quality is good - sleek design and compact super happy with purchase
