Laptop is meant for light use. Microsoft, Google.... It gets the job done. Purchased the laptop several years ago and lost the charger. The seller was kind enough to send a replacement free of charge even though its been several years since purchase. Great customer service! Would order from them again!

I ordered two of these. I am extremely impressed with the product. Perfect for home schooling and my 8 year old twins. The only problem is. It comes with Microsoft 360 you can open it and it works. BUT the program "Microsoft office"doesn't open with documents from the internet you have to download. You have to got into the "app store" and download the Microsoft office app. Once I got that straight it's been a breeze.

I can and will change my rating and review as I continue to use this small laptop. I would hope it continues to work as it should. I have owned this kind of laptop before. It is actually referred to as a "Netbook" which is different in certain ways from a "Notebook" but mostly I find that I can do basic computer procedures on it.I mostly only need it to access the internet and access websites so as to watch educational videos, organize business scans and files, communicate with others through email or on social media or website discussion groups and also type notes, letters , and do different writing tasks such as work on essays, product reviews for sites such as Amazon, and work on words for a book I intend to complete and publish someday.I think any computer expert would advise against using a computer like this because it is not technical or sophisticated enough but I can download Windows Essentials (or I have been able to do it with other computers of this kind I have owned) and then edit videos using Movie Maker and I can download WPS and type and edit letters and I can transfer files and even attach the computer to a printer and make printouts. I do have to download WPS to type Word-Document kinds of letters. (For Windows Essentials you may have to first download something called Framework 3.5 but I have been able to do that).This small computer does have a good amount of tilt to the screen so you can place it on your lap and tilt it so as not to see glare as you type. This is a major plus.Also it comes with a small "Gift" in the packaging, a small keychain light. Nice.The Netbook did take a while to get started up. I have to keep working with it to see if it is just common start-up issues or anything really "substandard" with the entire computer. At this point a lot is iffy, but I will start by giving the computer 4 stars because I do like to a good extent.So this computer may look like one for a child and I guess it basically is, but it is compact and good for travel and for when I stay in hotels, and just need something that works and is not big and bulky and packs well in a backpack.When I have ordered this computer in the past I have ordered it from Walmart and it came without any brand name.This one seems to be called "Goldengulf" which is an obscure name and these are probably mass manufactured and perhaps some are refurbished and they are sold under different names.As long as it works properly I don't mind.The ones I have owned have worked surprisingly well though they did not last past a few years.I would hope to buy a better type of computer/laptop someday but these are good to have around for something quick, convenient and gets the job done if you are doing basic internet searching, typing and even Zoom meetings.I have yet to use this computer on a longer term basis to know for sure how well it works and how long it lasts.I will update as necessary or as I am able to.UPDATE June 9 2026Have tried the laptop. The camera does strange things. It "freeze-frames" in the middle of recording. It just does not work right.I have updated the attached video also.I would say that this kind of small Netbook computer is quite good for what it is . It is not the most sophisticated type of computer and this particular one had some flaws and I do not know if it is just this one computer I was sent, or if somehow a bunch of computers with some defects had been improperly manufactured, but though you need to be careful when ordering a computer like this (or any computer for that matter), i would recommend it for just basic computer use, and it is nicely portable. Just do your homework and make sure you order from the right place and have options to return or refund.However regarding the flaws with the Netbook I was sent, I contacted the seller who offered to partially refund the money because his/her company is not in the US and it is a hassle and cost to have it shipped back.I explained that since the computer is not working exactly right it is not worth it for me to merely keep it and pay to have it fixed so I needed to return it for full refund.The seller then told me to keep the computer and s/he will just refund the money total.I have yet to see the refund on my statement and I will update regarding that, but the seller communicated with me and attempted to resolve the issue.

There’s a defect with it that makes the left side of keyboard lift! It didn’t happen right away but it happened. Very well taken care of and this still happened, I can’t get ahold of seller to help and Amazon won’t help! So it was a waste of money!!!!! Don’t buy it!!!!!

This laptop is great! The size is perfect and it works very well for the price! I was skeptical when I ordered it but very glad I did! Was easy to setup and easy to use!

This will be used in my truck when making service calls.

For the price I paid, its a 5 star machine. It works great for basic home and school tasks,breezes through all apps without issue.It is lightweight and it is so easy for me to carry it in one hand ,It has a long battery life and is an excellent choice to send it with your teenager to school,The only downside is that it has no touch screen,

Not all that powerful a computer. This laptop is effectively a tablet with a keyboard running Windows. Good for browsing the internet, but has a notable heat dissipation issue; bottom gets extremely hot, slowing down the computer.
