Can this also work with other cameras?

I have this for my lorex wireless and it will not work but if you use directly to the battery while the battery is out of the camera it works, it is weird, the lorex solar is expensive 70 dollars. i bought another generic solar panel and it works with lorex so i dont know why the reolink will not work with lorex.

Does it work with other camera brands?

YES. I use it to keep my Ring camera charged. It works amazingly. I don't know why the description says it only works with a few cameras, it's just a solar panel with a micro USB cord. You can charge ANYTHING that uses a micro USB. Cameras, phones, speakers.....

Is this just a standard micro usb connector? if so, what is the power output? i would assume 5v?

The interface is a standard Micro USB cable. According to the User Guide for this Solar Panel Power Supply: Max Voltage: 6.0V, Max Current: 530 mA. As such, the voltage is slightly higher than the standard 5V of USB, and puts out more potential current than standard USB as well, which tops out at 500 mA. Since the voltage is 6V, instead of the typical USB standard 5V, it would not be compatible with charging any device that is expecting a USB compliant power output of 5V and 500 mA.
