I've been buying these headphones since they came out. I've tried others but haven't found anything that comfortably fits my ear better, plus the battery life is amazing for how small they are! The sound quality is better than the price suggests. I've never had a pair fail on me, ive always broke them in a very stupid way

Don't waste money on refurbished. These broke 5 months after purchase, so we're outside the "90 day guarantee". I bought another pair of refurbished and it also broke (one earbud just only would barley play low volume) , but luckily it was within 2 months so I'm hoping to get a refund for it. I can not stress this enough.... even with only 1 worjing bud, I can inly hear but the mic apparently doesnt worn. Also, the case can't be recognized anymore, so I can't see the % charge it has anymore... And also it appears you need both buds to "reset them" and also to "update buds software" so just know that if you lose one bud.... you're screwed. You can Still charge it and listen with it, if lucky.... but you can never update it or reset it as it requires both buds for either. Anywho, moral of this story is DON'T TRUST OR WASTE YOUR MONEY ON REFURBISHED BUDS FROM AMAZON. EVER.

I've had a NEW set of these and they are my favorite model headphones to date. Sound great for earbuds, stay in your ears, all good. The NEW ones come with three sets of silicone inserts of varying sizes, as well as two or three sets of the silicone rings that help lock into your outer ear, also in varying sizes. BUT, the refurbished ones aren't as great. I recently lost a pair of refurbished ones that I was able to fit with the inserts and rings from my new set, so they fit my ears perfectly again. The refurbished headphones come with 2 sets of inserts (same size) and only one set of rings. The inserts don't stay on the earpiece well. They fit my ear pretty well, but I kept getting the silicone insert stuck in my ear when taking the ear bud out. I would have to get tweezers to get it out. It's because the inserts are NOT factory Samsung inserts (the ones in the seller's photos are not the ones I got with mine). The lip that is supposed to lock into the earpiece is too long, so I had to trim a couple mm. off. It locks on now, but it doesn't fit into my ear as well now. Also, the battery in the case does not last NEARLY as long as my last two sets. The ear buds keep their charge well though. I'll probably end up buying a new set of Samsungs next time.

I'm so glad to have found these headphones again. I bought it last year new, but unfortunately a dog got to them and chewed them up! I tried to find these headphones again but only found them in white and refurbished. I had bought a different pair from a different vendor and they didn't work. But then these popped up after I returned them. I was skeptical but they worked like a dream and worked like new! and in this nice baby blue color <3

These are my daughter’s favorite headphones she has had three pairs since they came out! They work great!!
