Can you wear these for 13 hour shifts? Or is it bad to wear them all day?

hi ive worn them for a 12 hour shift so I don’t see why you can’t wear them for longer? but I haven’t had positive results yet.

Hello, I'm not entirely sure, but it does mention fluorescence in the description, so I expect so. I have the outdoor ones - I presume that you are buying the indoor ones. They are very good glasses.
