Exactly what color is this foundation?

It’s really a neutral so not really a color but I use an ivory base and it blends very well with it

Does this come with an applicator? If not, what applicator would you recommend (using it in my Jane Irredale compact)?

It does not come with an applicator. However, I use a soft brush that helps buff it around my face and sets the powder.

What color is this powder? I am looking for golden glow.

Mine is Suntan...golden glow is a little lighter.
