475 Adjustable Groin Wrap , Black

Works great! I use this for ju-jitsu training after injuring my groin and hip flexor. It provides good support with adjustable compression. I wear it under my compression shorts under my gi and it never slides or slips off.

Great support. Relieved my nighttime pain.

wore this first time bowling. I was so impressed by how much it made the groin area feel better. Even when I got home and took it off, groin felt great.

OK brace for light sprains. It doesn't provide a lot of support. The wrap is 24" long. The manufacture neglected to put that in the specs. It stretches easily up to 28". This does NOT have a smell. It is a nice, light weight brace.

I had a pretty bad groin pull, and after a daily combination of rest, icing, and this compression wrap I have been slowly on the mend. The wrap, alone, wouldn’t do the trick, but I have to believe it has helped. BUT, one big thing to avoid is using the wrap directly on your skin like you can with an Ace bandage or knee brace. I wore it directly on my skin for a day, and although it felt fine while wearing it, I found a nickel sized blister on my thigh when removing it, and the entire area of skin covered by the wrap has had an itchy red imprint on it for days! I have since been wearing the wrap over whatever I’m wearing as I continue to ice and rest, as well. But I should have never worn it directly on my skin, and there is no such warning that comes with the product.

So I originally ordered this strap to help with what I thought was a groin pull that turned out to be a hip flexor. It sits up high on the leg and has rubbish backing that keeps it from sliding down your leg - that alone makes it a 5 star product. I have used this to cut my lawn (an hour plus ordeal up a hill) with very little slippage. Now while not working perfectly for my issue IF you have a hamstring pull or strain this is a perfect product to provide support for you.

I play hockey and tend to pull my groin here and there. Being 40 years old I now face strains and pulls like never before. These straps are just perfect. They are easy to put on with one velcro strap and stay on while playing in games. I rub on some Tiger Balm or BioFreeze before I put them on so you can feel the heat. They work great. They do wear out after awhile - probably because of the hockey (equipment, hard play, ext.). When they do I just by another - one size fits all which is nice too. I have tried others with multiple velcros and many sizes but this McDavid Groin strap is the absolute best. I had been using self adhesive wraps from the store to wrap a sprained groin muscle which I injured while playing pickleball. It has been a challenge to do any kind of strengthening exercises. I bought this wrap and must say it has been great. It really provides support while exercising the groin back to health. I would highly recommend this product and wish I had purchased it three weeks ago when I sustained the injury. Tomorrow I am going to use it while I am playing pickleball.
