SPRI Braided Xertube Resistance Band

These are fantastic for doing a pretty good and well rounded workout routine at home! Something to keep in mind also is that resistance bands differ from weights in a fundamental way since your muscles hold more tension at maximum extension; I feel that this gives me smoother movement and better form. I'm probably about as strong as the average desk worker who doesn't spend a ton of time in the gym, but does have some active hobbies. And I'm 5'6" tall. With that in mind, I think the blue band gives me a good amount of resistance with room on both sides - to make things harder or easier by controlling the slack. If you are about the same strength level but much taller, you might consider a lighter band and use the same logic for other scenarios. As for these specific bands, they are good to look at and seem to be built well and with high quality materials. The only con is that the first few times they WILL make your hands smell like rubber...faintly. Nothing that a quick wash won't remove.

These are personally the best set of bands on the market. I bought these over 10 years ago for my garage gym and finally decided to replace them with the same bands. I wouldn't go with any other.

I like these bands. They are very well made and have even resistance. Since there are 4 bands braided into one, I feel confident they will never snap on me. I've owned 2 others in the past and they never broke. After a couple of years the bands got a little dried out and crackly, but still maintained their integrity. I replaced them anyway with the same model.

I received this braided resistance band, and the quality is outstanding. However, it came without a door anchor. In the past, I have used resistance bands to do pull-up work. I’m not sure if I can purchase an anchor separately. Thought I would pass this along.

Super workout bands..only need one!

This a must have item if your a fitness person who is on the move traveling. I take this item with me on every business and personal travel as well as at home. I use it for pre work out stretching. Very durable reliable and well built. made in the USA.

Had a lighter set which lasted for many years but finally popped a single band, this heavier set replaced it. Really good bands, recommend; heaviest possible for better burn, and protecting the mid portion where looped/hooked around and object (gym tower for me) with cloth/wrap of some sort to minimize wear in the rubber as it stretches. Only brand I will own of these, love them.

This is my third (highest tension of the three). I use them at home and when I travel. A little bulky in the suitcase, but so worth it. If the hotel had a gym, they become even more versatile. But you can get a good sweat in 20-30 minutes just in the room or outside, weather allowing. You won’t turn into a hulk with these, but they will keep the time until you can get back in the gym.

These bands perform well, the resistance is smooth and consistent while holding up to a good amount use. The handles could be a bit better and one handle tends to have less resistance vs the other, although can be countered with switching handles every other set. I plan on picking up more in the future as they are cost effective, durable and allow a good workout with minimal space/investment
