Excellent bottle - ideal for hospital stays
During my stay in hospital to give birth, this was a great bottle to have. It could attach to the hospital bed, and I could keep the mouth piece close by, so I could easily access my water. Was also helpful to keep close by on the sofa when back at home, especially during breastfeeding sessions where you become very thirsty! Like that there are two options: a long straw, and a regular lid. Good value for money, and lasted really well. Highly recommend!

Perfect for being bedridden
I've been bedridden with illness for the last six months and have struggled to even lift a bottle/glass of water. This bottle has been a lifesaver for me and has allowed me to drink water without sitting up or lifting anything. I find it works best when it is anchor to something, like a headboard or over the front of a nightstand draw, as it has a tendency to fall over when it's near empty and splashes water everywhere. Not a complaint, just a tip for those who intend to buy. Love it!

Great
Great bottle when need to drink hands free. Really enjoying it. The only issue is that it leaks from the straw insert if full and tilted.

Has made a huge difference for me!
My doctor recommended this to me when I complained of to being able to lift a cup of tea sometimes. I hesitated to buy it and regret that I did not buy it sooner. While the bite valve and straw can take a little getting used to, the benefit I gained from it has far outweighed the pain of getting used to the straw. At 1 litre, it has made drinking a lot easier as I refill it less often than a glass and do not need to worry about the weight, as once it's hung in place, the lightweight of the straw makes drinking easy. While the price may seem a little steep for a single bottle, the independence it has given back to me is well worth the price! I now use it all day, every day and find the quality fantastic. It is well made. I highly recommend it if you need help with hydration.

Not much use for the frail
Expensive and not much use. Bought to leave my elderly mothers bed. She has no mobility and hasn't the strength of suction required to take a drink.

Expensive but worth it
Bought for hospital operation following a recommendation for pre-assessment team. Patient was in 2-day bedrest with very limited mobility. Patients would only be given small cups of water at a time, but with this the nurses would fill a whole litre at a time. This ensured hydration as there was always a plentiful supply and also as the patient had autonomy to drink for themselves.A few notes, the water bottle must be above the patients head. The mouthpiece must be bitten along the longer side (i.e. so the longer side is horizontal) otherwise it does not open properly. There is a velcro strap, this helps to act as an additional loop for tying to a hospital bed preventing it slipping. There is a small pinch clip around the tube that can be clipped to a patient gown to keep it in close reach. (But mention to the nurse refilling so they don't accidentally drag the gown too).Overall the bottle is durable, although slightly more flimsy than expected. But this is definitely worth the money if going into hospital, being on bedrest and wanting autonomy.

Good
Great for breast feeding when you need water and can’t really move around easily.Hard to clean the straw unless you buy a specific cleaning tool. So mine went mouldy and I had to throw it away.
