Works great with Dragon
I got this headset for dictating with Dragon. Works great. Used during a Zoom presentation I had to give. Thumbs up then too. Comfortable and easy to use.

Covid ya know....
With no more meetings in person, and most employees only having a cubicle to do their zoom meetings, we were looking for something to use as well as to keep out the noise. I haven't heard any complaints so I guess they are working just right.

NOT truly Skype/Teams compatible. Not worth more than ten bucks.
Ugh. Where do I begin?I guess: basically, this headset is garbage.Otherwise, let's start with Teams/Skype for Business.I've been working from home since (April, 2020?), for an organization with around 40k employees. From the start of my working there in November, 2019, Skype for Business calls were commonplace, since my work team is distributed among several different states.I was given a pretty basic Plantronics headset when I started, and it was great until it crapped out a couple of weeks ago.Since it takes some time to get internal approval to issue a new headset, I jumped on Amazon and looked specifically for headsets that would work with Teams (we're transitioning from Skype to Teams)--because I knew I could get something delivered within a couple of days.I feel now that this company found the perfect legal language in their product description on Amazon. It says that it can be used with Teams, which is technically true. But the headset is not truly compatible with Teams or Skype. The inline mute button works from an actual hardware perspective, but it has absolutely zero effect on one's muted/unmuted status in Teams or Skype. The call button does absolutely nothing... But the light flashes nonstop, which is effing annoying.Pro: the volume buttons do correctly interface with your actual Windows volume, when the headset is set as the default audio device.Otherwise:--The sound from the earpiece is... passable--BUT: several colleagues have told me that when I speak, I sound like I'm "in a tunnel" or "far away"--AND: randomly on Skype/Teams calls, people can't hear me at all--AND: I was on a WebEx call with a vendor this morning, and no one could hear me--I had to have WebEx call my phone to communicate with anyone.Bottom line: the advertising seems to be legal but misleading. I'll probably keep this thing as a backup, but for that purpose, I'd advise anyone to just run to the closest Wal Mart and grab whatever cheapest option they have on hand.

Hmmm...
Head set worked well when I first recieved it. Feels comfortable and headphones feel snug. Now, callers are unable to hear me. Tried everything to trouble shoot and still not working. Looking for another one.
