Perfect size & weight
Exactly what I wanted in a relatively small tripod for spotting scope & range finder. Would be 10 stars if it came with some sort of carrying bag.

Flimsy but easily portable. Sort of, we have to sell a tripod, but there are better ones out there, including the one used for my old spotting scope

Very compact
We love how compact it is. Easy to put in a backpack, but extends to full size. Great quality.

Light weight and handles full size spotting scope
First one i got seemed fine until the bolt that holds the spotting scope attachment piece to the top of the tripod just broke off...and then toppled to the ground along with my brand new vortex razor spotting scope...thank God it still had the protective cover on ...they sent me a replacement tripod right away and upon comparison I could see that for whatever reason the first tripod I had received had a defective bolt that had, for whatevervreason, been hollowed out about halfway up the bolt...the tripod is as light as it gets while still being able to hold a full size 27-60x85 vortex razor spotting scope...I bought this tripod to use when I hike with my gear because it is on the lighter side
