I didn't like the price, but I needed them quickly. the wiring is very flimsy so beware.

Great alternative!
I lost the battery pack for my micro bit and this is a great cheap alternative! It also comes with 5 which is nice and there a bit easier to use than stock, and they also fit in that vilros board.

I use these for my DIY projects and they have treated me well so far. Very well built and durable.

Broke within two uses
This product was incredibly disappointing. The red wire pulled out of all five of the battery packs. I would like a replacement. I found that if you hot glue the hole where the wires come out, they will have a better chance of staying in, but it’s really a poorly made product.

Works well for low stress applications
These do not have any connectors, which is both a pro and a con, as most battery holders of this size come with a standard connector, but this didn't. If your project calls for it not having a specific connector though, these save you the ~5 minutes it would take to cut, strip, and finagle the loose copper strands into a connector socket.

Fit my application and work fine

This holder works perfect for my little Raspberry Pi prototype project. Didn't really need the on-off switch but it's a nice addition and may come in handy later. No issue with the quality, everything works and the case is nice and sturdy for my application. Recommend for this purpose.
