I have used similar techniques in the past, but never anything that started to guide me beyond the simple free-write, or the journal towards using that process in order to get deeper insights. I used to hate to read my freewriting back because I was judging it with my rational ego-mind, and my ego-mind said, "what would the authorities think if they found journal after journal full of this scribbled nonsense?" It's like something out of a True Crime series when they're profiling the criminal. So, I don't care how insane your writing looks, it can't look worse than mine. Don't judge it and stop for that. Obviously, I needed to hear that little gem myself because I've now had the loving kick up the bahookie that I needed to get me back putting pen to paper in the meditative state. I don't think it matters if you're coming into this book as someone who has done freewriting and similar techniques for years, or someone who has never even thought about picking up a pen and letting the words flow. I now have a lovely dragon embossed leather journal on the way and am about to embark on the 30-day challenge. I look at it this way. If it does nothing else, then it's helping me meditate and flexing my writing muscle, and for that alone, it'll be worth it. If I get anything more than that, then it's all a bonus. Perfect Timing!
This book appeared at the perfect time. It confirmed what I have been thinking about tapping into inner wisdom. It also reminded me of the importance of Gratitude. I am taking part in a 30 Day AWE Challenge to see where this exciting chapter will take me!

Inspiring and Wonderful
If you want guidance on how to live your best life in the highest joy, peace and fulfilling purpose, this book is for you. Michael explains beautifully how to make automatic writing a part of your life routine so that you may converse with your Higher Team. Being a fan of the Inspire Nation Youtube channel and podcast, I enjoyed reading this book as it felt like Michale was talking to me in his natural, inspiring and uplifting way. This is one of those books which you think might turn out to be a little crazy. Well it's true, it's pretty Out There but... what can I say? It works! (I use a laptop to write my daily thoughts). Give it a go!

Excellent how-to book on connecting with your intuitive guidance
One of the biggest ways we can improve our lives is by receiving better and more clear intuitive insights. We sometimes catch a glimpse of what might be possible when we feel an intuitive nudge to contact someone at just the right time, or receive glimpses of future wisdom as if from our future possible self that helps us make the right choice. Michael Sandler has created a brilliant workbook providing readers with pretty much everything necessary to begin directly receiving clear intuitive messages. At this time when so many people are experiencing more frequent synchronicity and all sorts of mystical and spiritual experiences, having tools that enable us to readily access some answers is priceless. Sandler walks readers at every level of journaling and channeling experience through a very straightforward and seemingly foolproof series of exercises and steps to get everyone automatic writing very quickly. These methods work by helping people access a relaxed, meditative state, using pen and paper to write freely with a focus of attention more on flow than grammar. Certain times of day can work better for this, such as when first waking, or right before bed. The key to success is practicing the fine art of bypassing the "inner critic" by not stopping to analyze words or allowing the mind to interfere.

I found the book very helpful for my inner healing
This book is great for inner healing and a lot of new information about Automatic writing which I was not aware of. It is flexible and customized to one's inner needs. It will only help if one is true to oneself and applies the knowledge in the true sense. I feel I am a beginner in it and it gave me a fantabulous start. I am keen to know more about it.

AWE! This is a great book
I actually enjoyed reading this book. I didn’t know much about the author but I wanted to learn about Automatic writing and this book came up. I like the stories he mentions, the way he encourages the reader to give it a try and how to “ get started”. I have used it to read again and again a few times to familiarise better the process. I recommend it if you are interested in the topic and new beginner. Also the way the author explains everything is very engaging.
