High quality pen
I’ve tried many different pens especially ones made in Japan. This has to be one of my new favorite. It is very light weight and gives you perfect grip. No bleeding at all. If you are looking for a fine point pen definitely give it a try!!

Perfect Pen for small details
OMG I love this pen. I thought it was a mechanical pencil at first but it works for me as an architect to get little finite print on drawings or documents!

Awesome Writing/Drafting Instrument
Like all Uni products, the quality, look and feel are excellent. In my case I keep a journal daily using the 'Eisenhower' layout with a few boxes added showing my daily sales numbers vs. goal. Using a small paper thin ruler that fits the journal's pocket, the edge was not friendly to various gel pens I tried using. The Fisher Astronaut pen holds up well in this regard, but designed more for writing and doing continuous lines, leaves some annoying artifacts. The Jetstream .28mm is really superior - I can use the side of the point right against the ruler edge with no worries of damage to the pen, as I do my Rotring 600 mechanical pencil. The oil ink has a perfect flow. Not forgiving if I make my own error, but as long as I do my part, the reward is bold but spiderweb-thin lines with no streaks, clots or any other sloppiness.Completely worth the price without going into professional grade drafting instruments!

Good pens, very sharp
The pens are great. They have a solid build and weight but my issue must be on a consumer side. The 0.28 width absolutely slices through paper. I buy pretty good quality thick paper and these pens felt like writing with a box cutter. I had to change my writing style to not be so heavy handed. That’s on me, I’ll get something thicker to suit my pressure.

It's pretty nice.
It's a well made pen. I use a lot of different types of pens for work, and I actually don't care much for the fine tip, but that's just personal preference and not a fault of the product. I think most complaints about the design are nitpicky because I actually enjoy the heartiness of the pen. The thicker base makes it easier to use and it feels more like a precision instrument. The aluminum/thick plastic barrel with the skeleton clip makes it feel kinda sleek and sexy, especially put next to a Jetstream premier or a Pilot Dr. Grip Frosted. I've never had an issue with the ink, skipping, drying out, whatever. I've had it for probably a month nowoe with regular use.

The Jetstream EDGE is a very handsome looking pen, but falls short in a number of respects
IMHO, this is 3.5 out of 5, so I've rounded off to 3.The best part of this pen is the metal front section. It's a nice matte metallic finish with groups of etched lines and a nice bit of heft. It's a stark contrast to the rest of the pen, though. You'd think this takes a nice sized refill. Sorry, but it's more like a D1. Yes, you have all of that body space yet only a D1 style refill inside. Ridiculous! The only plus to this included Jetstream refill is that it's a very nice precision tip, has reasonably good ink, and the reservoir is clear to the fill level is easy to see (unlike with metal D1's). But it's also fragile and requires a light hand. Pressing too hard can cause some blobbing and skipping (paper fiber being scooped up).The barrel is made of a glossy lightweight plastic, the kind that you find on disposable free ballpoint pens you get at businesses, doctor's offices, events, etc. The clip is an artful design and it glides onto fabric fairly easily... but it shapes it into a curve, as opposed to just a flat compress, which means you may get visual impressions left behind on clothes. Lastly, the rear clicker is this boring thin matte black piece of plastic. At least the click action is good. And on my example there isn't any bothersome tip wobble. The refill is press-fit into a tubular dock inside the pen that holds on very well. When you pull on it to extract, you can feel nice resistance.Upshot? Half-baked. Starting with the front, Uni had a nice pen going on... then after it hit the body, the rest just sank. I got it for the looks, and the looks is about all I got. Maybe later, Uni will revisit the EDGE and include a more premium main barrel, as well as rig it to accept larger refills.

Greatest pens ever
These pens are amazing! Love the ease of use, the simplicity and extra fine mm.I do A LOT of writing at work and we have to use a ball point pen only (black/blue ONLY). I LOVE these pens, very accurate and simple to use and get the ink rolling.

Great pen for the EDC journal
I recently started using the Uni Jetstream 0.28mm. I’m thoroughly impressed! The fine tip allows for precise lines and clear lettering even with my messy handwriting. The pen gives clean lines ideal for detailed writing and note-taking. The ink flows smoothly without skipping, and as a left-handed writer, I appreciate how quickly it dries, preventing smudges.
