I just received this product and installed the software. Due to a couple of negative reviews I took steps to protect my phone. However upon investigating this further I can say this is safe from prying eyes. I run a VPN on my phone and several other securities. It’s safe. When accessing an SSID for connection, it only connects to the unit. There is no WiFi to the outside. I turned off my cellular connection. My Bluetooth is off as well. Again I only connected to the ear cleaner. No errors and there is no other connection to the outside WAN and LAN, not even through WIFi. It did not ask for access to media, photos, and no location. I even checked to see if I could trace the ear cleaner and my phone via other devices and phone using Kali, Linux. There is no evidence any info is going anywhere. I traced everything after switched on my cellular connection, WIFi, and Bluetooth. Nothing unusual came about this investigation. I had my friend hack the ear cleaner and my phone, that hacker could not gather any info AS IS. The hacker had to go through many steps which included hacking my phone to get anything private. Trust me, it’s safe. Apple is very stringent in their review of all apps. I cannot speak for android apps. On the Apple iPhone, it’s all good. My only complaint is the tip is hard. Can you make a little softer tip?

So I’m 32, I do landscaping and construction so there’s always stuff getting into my ears. For 3 days I was dealing with a super painful ear ache and with all COVID19 stuff going around it’s hard to get into a clinic. So I was like what’s the worst that could happen getting this?!? Boy howdy this thing is amazing!!!! Connected to my iPhone in seconds, didn’t bother with the WiFi just used my data on my phone and went to work!!!! Pulled out all kinds of debris from my ear and keep in mind I did this all solo just watching the video feed on my phone. Pains gone all the kinks out of my ear and I feel 1000 times better knowing I can safely see what’s in there and being able to get it out!!! Buying 4 more for the rest of my siblings and mom!!! 1000000% worth the money. AND IT WAS NEXT DAY DELIEVERY!!!!

VERY happy with the quality of this productcons: The battery drains RIGHT BEFoRE YOUR EYES. The head that comes on the unit is soft, all others in the starter pack are VERY sharp with harsh edges considering that it is an inner ear tool The shape of the head is not most efficient for actually removing ear wax.PROS- connects easily via your wifi settings , there is no lag and crystal clear imaging. Very easy to figure out how to use. Seems durable

One day I have terrible ear wax problem, which made me difficult to hear, so I bought this product. And it is really helpful. It connects to your smart device (IOS/Android) using WiFi, then you can see through its app. The resolution is great, which allows you to your ear canal clear. Occasionally there is slightly lagging, but recovers very fast and would not affect usage. The head is soft so unless you use too much force or it would NOT hurt your ears. The head is easy to remove and clear, just follow the instruction. I recommend you have alcohol wipe on the side to clean it when you are cleaning your ears with this product.

I saw this product used in a YouTube video, and I was highly intrigued to see how dirty the inside of my ears were.The product was easy to use. It comes charged, so it was ready to go after you setup the WiFi and app.My ear wasn’t heavily dirty, but it did have a decent amount of wax. I enjoyed using the product very much!When it came to cleaning it, I cleaned the ear wax paddle with an alcohol pad. However, no matter how much I tried to clean it, it wouldn’t get fully clean for some reason. I still saw yellow gunk stuck on the device.After a few weeks of using it, I noticed that the camera’s visibility wasn’t as great anymore. I thought that it was due to fuzz or something blocking the camera’s view, but no matter how many times I cleaned the device, the visibility still wasn’t as great as before.I later on noticed that the visibility was blocked due to the paddle being loose/bent up. When I scoop my wax, I don’t put much pressure on it. Somehow, the paddle got somewhat broken. I tried pushing it back in place, but it wouldn’t budge.Sadly, I decided to return it. The price is definitely not worth the quality. It literally broke after a week or two. I’m sad that it’s gone since I enjoyed using it, but I will be looking for a better replacement elsewhere.

I 10/10 recommend this product! Bought it because I saw a tik tok and was intrigued to see if it would work. Cleaned out my ears super easy. I decided to do it to my boyfriend as well and when I went into his ear I noticed he had a bunch of COTTON stuck in his ear! If I never bought this, I wouldn’t have found that Cotton that has been stuck in their for 6 months. He went to a doctor who took it out and told him if he wouldn’t have found it he would have lost his hearing! Worth the money!

I'm so happy I bought this for my wife for Christmas . She likes looking into our ears and this has amplified her ear obsession. She loves it and said it was the best Christmas gift this year. It's of good quality, easy to use and very well packaged. If you're on the fence, I would give it a try you won't be sorry.
