First time I ever took this, it hit me like a bag of bricks. My skin was awake. I was going to push some f*****g weights! 😈 I live this product. My pumps are rock hard. Veins popping. It also taste good but didn't resolve as well as I'd like. Still pretty normal.

It’s not strong like everyone says. Package sealedLid was open a bit. Not worth the money at all. Definitely spend your money on a different brand. The flavor is not blue raspberry all around not a good product

I saw the reviews on this and said ok what's it hurt to try it, got the stack and took half a scoop of pre-work out cause I worked out in the evening and can feel it! Give it try it you looking for a good workout, go with half a scoop I don't think I'm ready to do a full scoop 😃
