The flavor of these is addictive. A tab roughly the same size as an aspirin light pink in color. Incredible value for mgs/ count/ price. These are excellent for those who can't or don't like to do pills. The raspberry taste is to die for! They taste like dessert!

This is an excellent product that has proven to work extremely well. I'm ordering it again b/c I was on a B100 supplement that wasn't bringing up my folate numbers for some odd reason, so once I found this and used it for about a 3 months or less, my labs proved it works great! I bought this product because I have a MTHFR gene mutation. After doing research on the condition I found out that I needed to take a methylfolate product which this is but also found out that the exact dosage was not known and that a person needs to start small and add as needed. I was initially going to order a product that has 15 mg of methylfolate but after reading the research on dosage I canceled that order and then found this product and I thought this would fit my needs a lot better. I can start small and increase if I feel it is necessary. So far I am only taking one a day and seeing how I do with that. I love the taste of them and wish I could take more just for the taste but I am starting slow. They dissolve easily too. And I think the fact that they dissolve in the mouth makes them more absorbable. These were just what I was looking for before I knew they existed so I am happy to have found them.

Tastes ok. Since I have a compound heterozygous MTHFR gene mutation and low serum folate levels and I'm already on Rx B12 injections, with digestive malabsorption issues on top of the rest, I opted to try the chewables hoping they might be absorbed better unless I need to move to something stronger according to my doctor. I have no idea if they will work or not but if not it likely won't have anything to do with the chewables but my intestines. The only issue I actually have is that despite all the fragile warnings and the bubble wrap my plastic cap was broken. The seal was unbroken, and the glass bottle is fine, but the plastic cap was too flimsy to handle the stress of shipping.

I found out I had a sever folate deficiency. My stomach is sensitive. I knew I wanted to stay as close to nature as possible with what I put into my body. I also didn't want to hurt my stomach. I found this product and after 6 months of taking it, I had bloodwork done and it was confirmed I was back at a normal range of folate. This product tastes good, and doesn't hurt my stomach. I highly recommend it!
