When you can't get in for a massasge, this is next best thing
Easy to use. It says it heats, but you can barely feel the heat. Would have liked a higher heat setting. You can modify the strength by pulling it tighter to your body or looser.

I got one of these at Costco and then bought one on Amazon for my son and his wife. We all love this item. It really gets in and does a deep massage and you can use it anywhere on your body.

They didn't have this model when I ordered it. I have the sport model which the handle is different. I don't like the handles as much
