Great small cookies with morning coffee
LOVE these cookies with morning coffee prior to breakfast! Prefer Jacobsons brand to Bisca brand. Jacobsons have better flavor

Cookies are delicious.
The cookies were just the same as I bought in a store in December. However the Amazon packaging of the tin of cookies was terrible. The round tin was placed without any padding into a square box. There were three dents in the box, corresponding with three dents in the round tin. More than half of the cookies were broken, some into crumbs. Amazon refunded the purchase, but if I wanted the money, I would not have bought the cookies.

Quality not as advertised
After seeing the advertising, I thought your cookies would be a quality product. I would not recommend to anyone. Two main reasons: My container was about 50% of Broken Cookies. The taste was sub-par no butter taste, more coconut than any other flavors, so no better than shelf cookies in the food stores. The cookies were also very dry, like pass their shelf life. I thought I had found a replacement for my home baked cookies, so disappointed.......Leave Amazon.

Large tin is excellent!
While the small tin was disappointing, the large tin was delicious! My friends and I couldn’t get enough of these cookies. They were fresh and buttery tasting. I loved them! The tin is very large so you get lots of various cookies!

Dented tin
Cookies are always great. However I bought a smaller tin and a 4# one. Both had dents in the tins. A good number of the cookies in the larger tin are broken. The larger lid does not fit tightly because of the dent on the edge. I have in the past worked a packing line and I know how fast items are taken to the boxes. I do believe the dent on the side of the lid was there before the tin was placed in the box. A quick check could have prevented the damaged tin from being shipped. I just thought you needed to know about this. Thank you for your attention.

Good cookies
This is the second time I ordered these cookies. The first tin had half the cookies broken. Decided to order again since I hoped they would not be any broken cookies. As, the picture shows, there are broken Cookies even at the top! I won't buy these again!!
