Where is this made? Produced?

The package says the product was made in France but it is NOTHING like the original Joy perfume that was recently discontinued. This perfume capitalizes on using the same highly-regarded name, Joy, but adds Forever in smaller letters under Joy so they can deny that it was an attempt to portray it as the original Joy - one of the most highlyregarded perfumes in the world. This Joy Forever does not compare and my wife finds it unpleasant and offensive. And, per Amazon's standards, UNRETURNABLE!
