Broken already. Rubbish quality. Not fit for purpose and will ecpect all my money back

I bought this garden hose in 2021, id not used it much to be honest but when I did it was such a good product and lightweight to use due yo the flexibility of the hose. Unfortunately the spray gun started spurting water from the seam and I was unable to repair with a strong waterproof glue so I contacted the seller to ask if I could purchase a new spray gun, the company very quickly contacted me to say unfortunately they dont sell the spray guns separately but offered me one that was a return. I was more than happy with that response. I was absolutely thrilled to actually receive a replacement spray gun and a hose as well! Wow, now that's exceptional customer service. The spray gun works well with multiple spray functions and ive a spare hose too, will last many years im sure. Extremely good customer service, highly recommended company.

Initially I was very happy with this product. I had bought it for watering my front garden, between waterings the hose has been put back in it's mesh bag and hung up in the shed. The ground that it is used on is a flat solid drive, so no snags or anything like that.I've had the hose for just over four weeks now and have been very happy with it, however, on getting it out of it's bag this morning and connecting it to the water supply, I discovered a small leak about 10 foot along from the connector.I don't think that a hose, after only a month's careful use should already be leaking. It didn't seem to affect the waterflow too much so I will continue to use it, but I have to question the quality of the hose, given all of the above.EDITEDI've now reduced my rating to one star, the lowest I can give. The hole rapidly got worse and now, only 4 months after buying the hose, it is almost useless, it cannot now expand fully and water flow is greatly reduced.Not fit for purpose.

Good product, a small leak where attactchment connects to the outdoor tap, nothing too bad. This is the 2nd of these hoses I have purchased. My last one lasted around 3 years, damages easily if left in the sun but when stored properly lasts well for the lost cost.

I recently purchased this extendable hose and I’m genuinely impressed with how well it works. It expands easily when the water is turned on and shrinks back down neatly once emptied, making it really simple to store without any tangles or mess.The build quality feels solid and lightweight at the same time, and the fittings connect securely without any leaking. It’s much more convenient than my old traditional hose, especially for watering the garden and cleaning around the house.Overall, it’s a great product that does exactly what it promises. Easy to use, space-saving, and very practical—I would definitely recommend it.

Really difficult as I love this hosepipe, tidy, easy to use but unfortunately after just 2 months it started to fray at one point in the hose then 2 days later it burst open mid water, soaking my husband and myself. Will look for something similar to replace but in the meantime it was an extremely funny event!

Bought two of these at least 4 years ago,one I have just replaced brilliant hoses excellent price,recommend

Purtroppo le aspettative sono altre, infatti promettevano che la sua estensione sarebbe stata di 50mt...invece al l'ex saranno 15....per il resto però prodotto del tutto valido...

Sono molto soddisfatto della spesa fatta, lo uso per lavare la macchina e funziona perfettamente senza ingombrare spazio e rimane sempre pulito.

Vraiment bien ne prend pas de place se développe aisément très léger
