Can you get a good leslie jon lord sound out of this? also, is it durable? at 10 pounds it seems "cheap". case available?

There’s an organ preset called 1972 which to me sounds like Jon Lord’s distorted Hammond from Highway Star era.

Does it have after touch? Or whenever you hit a key while on one of the strings voices, does it increase the volume of that key after you hit it?

No aftertouch. Velocity is (of course) per key, so hitting another keys doesn't affect the volume of these already sounding... Unless you reach the voice limit - 128 (then for every new key hit, another one is being cut).
