Zuzu Luxe Mascara 0.25 Oz Clear

This brand is one of the clean OGs. You can’t go wrong with any of their makeup. Love this clear mascara to groom and comb up my brows. Another trick is applying some to lashes, letting them dry a little then curling. It keeps them in place for a natural look.

I honestly don't know what all the complaints are about here. It's *clear* mascara. It's not going to give you a bold, dark look. It gives lashes a wet look but more defined. If you've never tried a clear mascara, I suggest you go with a cheaper one, just to see if it's for you. It's a cheap experiment ... but I'll tell you, if you decide you like it, go with this one after you've finished your cheap stuff. Unlike some other brands of clear mascara, it doesn't get all white and dried out over time and flake off into your eyes. I suffer from dry eye syndrome and my eyes have become sensitive to freaking everything. This mascara does not irritate my eyes at all and I love it. Due to my condition, I still try to stay away from my water line when applying it, but I figure I coat all but the millimeter or so of my lashes that are closest to my skin with this stuff and I have no eye issues. I use it pretty much daily. If I want a little bolder look, I put plenty of this on, then while it's still wet, I immediately put a little organic brown or black mascara on just the ends of my lashes (think: the end half of their length). Then I comb them to define and they look great all day. Comes off easily with water or micellar water.

Let me start with a positive — the Zuzu Luxe Cream Brow Pencil is FANTASTIC. Great ingredients, color, and works well. Have used it daily for a few years now. It made me want to use only this brand for the minimal makeup I wear. So I tried the clear mascara — this product is ridiculous. I’m convinced it’s water in a tube. It does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. (Well — if you use it on your brows, it actually removes the brow pencil since it performs as water…insane). Admittedly, I’m extra fired up because I mistakenly subscribed, apparently, so now I have two of this expensive, unusable product. As a last ditch effort, I tried adding some cacao and charcoal to tint it and maybe make it do something at all…the tint was apparent on my lashes after approximately 17 coats, but zero mascara performance whatsoever. Please don’t even call this mascara. Buy the brow pencil, but definitely not this.

Not only does this highlight your lash length and thickness it also helps them feel strong and longer when not wearing the product. Really great WFH tool! No need to put on a full face of make up everyday just to vend up with black under your eyes by 3pm

Great product for those that want the mascara look but with no color. Ads volume and sets eyelashes in place, but doesn’t have the black clumpy look. I am in love with this and will buy again and again.

i like this product has natural ingredients. the irritation comes for me when i put the wand close to my lashes. it's almost like there is alcohol in it that can at times cause my eyes to water. once it's applied there is no irritation. it's very mild as for the hold. my reason i use is because my sleeping mask causes my lashes to go all over the place. by morning they're uncontrolled even with an eyelash curler, i thought mascara would help hold them in place. this helps, but i find that my lashes are still going in different directions.my lashes used to be in my line of vision which made it difficult to see and this at least keeps them out of my eyes.

I couldn't find my usual clear mascara at my local drugstore (I think it's a big brand name like "Maybelline) so I searched Amazon and found this brand. Definitely was swayed by "Natural and Vegan" in the product description. Unfortunately, I get a slight burning sensation in my eyes when I apply it. As if someone swabbed or waved a small amount of rubbing alcohol near my eye. Tried it a few times just to make sure it wasn't my imagination. It isn't. The sensation subsides seconds after it is applied. My skin is quite sensitive. Perhaps others won't experience this burning sensation. Once it is on, I like the product. Like any clear mascara, you can get definition to the lashes without worrying about "racoon" eyes* later in the day. It's enough to get a finished look, but may not be bold enough for a night out on the town. Tip: Plunge the applicator of any clear mascara into your regular mascara and plunge it back into the clear. Sounds crazy; I know. But you end up with enough color to get a bolder look without all the clumps and little or no "racoon" eye hours later. *Also known as "black" eye where it looks like someone punched you. Better no mascara than that. Lol! If you are not already familiar with this brand, I would look elsewhere. It's a lot of money to spend (to me) to have to throw it away. (I'm hoping Amazon will allow me to return it.) It's probably not harmful to my eyes, but not worth risking. My sight is worth considerably more than 16.90 plus shipping and tax. :-)

This stuff is AWESOME. I'm a big fan of the "no makeup" look. As an Asian American I have relatively long eyelashes but like most Asian Americans these eyelashes grow down. My usual make up routine involves some face powder, a little bronzer, and a tiny bit of rose cream eyeshadow(if even that).Black mascara tends to clash with this nearly bare look but this clear mascara is GREAT! I use it and let it dry a bit before curling my lashes and my eyes POP! My face looks refreshed and energized without looking goopy or artificial. I can rub my eye freely without worrying about "the smear" and don't need to worry about bleeding or melting. Highly recommended for people who have naturally nice eyelashes that just don't cooperate sometimes. It doesn't make them look longer, but it keeps them in the position you want them in.

I have sensitive eyes and find this mascara to be the best clear mascara I have used. I already have dark eyelashes, so no need to use a black mascara. Just curl the eyelashes with a lash curler, use a 10 second dry from the hair dryer, and my lashes are curled for the whole day!

Does nothing except feel bad on my eyes.
