Grade A Vanilla Beans

Good quality, plump vanilla beans. Perfect for making my own vanilla and vanilla sugar. They were nice and moist, good length. They also smell amazing. Would buy again.

I purchased these vanilla beans to make my own vanilla extract. It is so much less expensive than to purchase vanilla from the store. It makes quite a bit of vanilla extract. I have also made individual small batches to give as gifts. They seem to be a quality item. I know that I can use the paste inside of them, but I have not done so as of yet.

I haven't purchased whole vanilla beans before, nor have I ever baked with them before so I'm not am expert in the quality upon just inspection. The taste was great in the baked good, so I would say quality was good! The only problem was that the sealed beans already had some mold on them. It was only a couple of beans so I ended up tossing those. I thoroughly checked the others and made sure what I used looked good. Overall they seemed to be good and fresh. You could smell the vanilla through the plastic!

These beans were beautiful! The beans were large, some were almost twice as long as the grade A beans I got from a different seller. They were moist, oily, plump with plenty of caviar and had a wonderful aroma! Shipping was prompt, they came vacuum sealed, and my package of 10 beans weighed 1.5 ounces without the packaging. These were definitely grade A beans, they were a great value for the price and I will order from this seller again when I need more beans.

I was surprised. These are moist and good sized. Very good price compared to a couple of years ago when vanilla was through the roof because of the hurricane destroying Madagascar.
