GREAT FOR MY PURPOSES
I have an issue with spotted lantern fly - a destructive, invasive insect. They lay eggs high in my maple trees through the summer and fun. And they lay lots of eggs. So it is fun to spray the adults out of the tree that get past my lantern fly trap and kill them. It may not make a big difference in the lantern fly population but it sure makes me feel good. This gun is fun, fairly accurate and easy to use.

Looks like original but not same (cheaper elsewhere)
Check prices at other places. Seems the sellers on here are charging twice as much for these recent models when you can find in your box stores on sale for under $20.This is leakier than I remember the original being. It definitey does not shoot nearly as far. You can pump it up and it starts to spray out if overpressurized. It seems a constant length of stream regardless of how much pressure you pump (whereas the original could adjust how far it shot depensing on how much pressure).

Not like the super soakers of the past
Cheaply constructed, when pumping/pressurizing water will leak from trigger and end of barrel. The locking mechanism I thought would be an improvement over original but I was wrong out does not get a good seal. The manufacturer is to blame not seller or delivery service. All and a poorly made product.

Trash, please do not buy.
This gun out of the box shoots a stream of water maybe 10 feet max. Incredibly disappointed since this is a legit super soaker. I remember when I was a kid waterguns used to be much better. Definitely returning this trash.

Wow this brought back some memories.
My kids were just as excited as I was, when I was a kid. So happy they decided to remake these!!! It does leak a little out the nozzle if you over pump, but stopped after it was broken in.

Very disappointing
This item is rubbish. Water tank does not secure tightly enough and when pressurising it starts to squirt water without squeezing the trigger and continues to squeeze water after the trigger is released. If I paid a fiver, I’d be ok with that but I expect more for my twenty quid. Do not buy.

Having owned four of this model build quality is no longer a factor, obviously. Unit leaks and doesn't hold water.

Billiger geht nicht ....
Als Kind ( vor 30ig Jahren ) hatte ich ein tolles Modell bekommen zum Spielen und Spaß haben , leider ist dies für die Kinder von heute nicht möglich.Undicht , tropft überall , lässt den Druck nicht in der Spritzpistole einfach ne 0 in der Bewertung ....

Rate vom Kauf des Produktes ab!
Als Kind der 80er und 90er kenne ich noch die guten alten Super Soaker - hatte den gelb/grünen Klassiker Super Soaker 50).Als ich den hier angebotenen XP100 sah, hab ich mich direkt in meine Kindheit versetzt gefühlt und direkt 2 bestellt.Die Ernüchterung kam leider sofort, nachdem der Tank mit Wasser aufgefüllt und ich bereits auf dem Weg zum Garten im Haus angefangen habe zu Pumpen: ab einem gewissen "Überdruck" läuft das Wasser vorne aus dem Rohr :-(Der Wasserblaster selber sieht wertig aus, aber offensichtlich hat die Technik im Inneren nicht Ansatzweise mit der "alten" Bauweise von damals gemeinsam.Leider kann ich den Kauf dieser Wasserpistole in keinster Weise empfehlen.
