Box was so good quality cigarettes are so good quality even the paper wrap are great quality tastes so good I recommend the product it taste very good and it's very convenient and it worth every penny

Only received 1 box & that was damaged inside an Amazon box. Been ordering this 5 pack for years & 1st time this happened. Great filters, just poor quality control. Returning the 1 box & made a replacement order from a different company.

These are very good tubes- menthol is strong but not too strong. The only complaint I have is sometimes the packaging! When you are purchasing the 5 together about every other time you will get them taped together in such a way that it is almost impossible to not crush the tubes- I don’t know if this is an Amazon issue or if it comes to Amazon like this. But when the tubes are crushed it takes 10x more time to fix them to use them properly. If there’s no bent tube I have maybe one out of the Five boxes that I don’t fill properly- when they are crushed I tend to have at least 10 per box. This would be a 5 if this issue didn’t exist!

I've ordered these often and was "somewhat satisfied". Quite a few times the packages were crushed, but I managed to salvage most of them. This time, the menthol flavor was so strong I was unable to use them. Previous cartons have all been fine, taste-wise, but this 5-carton order is a total waste as the menthol taste is extremely strong. Update: Sep 3/23 - Opened all the boxes and let them air out for 2 months. The strong menthol flavor evaporated to a tolerable level, so are useable now.
