Does Essie do animal testing?

If you look on Essie's website under their FAQs, they write the following: "essie and L’Oreal are totally committed to animal-free beauty. Nope! You just need the Essie gel top coat to give it the "gel" functionality. It also helps the polish dry super quickly!
