Flake Wheat Germ, Raw (bagged)

Wheat germ seems great
Because of reviews that say wheat germ sometimes goes bad, I always put it into the freezer as soon as it arrives. So I always have a fresh supply of it for adding to smoothies. When frozen, it's still easy to scoop with a teaspoon, or to pour. It can be treated like a powder but it has a larger grain size than powder does.

Wheat germ
Arrived as promised. Nice resealable package. The product is very tasty and is flaked well to hide in baked goods.

Look at the expiration date when you buy something.
The wheat germ is a high quality product that will have an expiration date within three and a half months to go after receiving the product. I feel ripped off. I won’t buy this again. I won’t use that much of it in three and a half months. It is raw and has no preservatives.

Wasn't sure it was wheat germ
Maybe I'm wrong, but it seemed like this was wheat bran and not wheat germ. This was light and fluffy, and unless this is made differently now. I probably will try to order from a different source next.

organic
although its pricey this is the only organic wheat germ around. keeps well after opening in the fridge so its really a good product if you like to add wheat germ to muffin recipes etc like I do.

Seller sending outdated product
Freshness 0, quality 0, don’t know, money wasted, health and nutrition 0. It has strings inside like spider web. I had to go to grocery store to buy a fresh one because it is unreturnable.
