A beautiful cover which make you happy to open it
What a delightful Journal colourful inside and out well made, where you can put your thoughts down and do your colouring which is great for mental health I brought a few of these journals and gave as presents as they were not expensive the price of 2 Costa coffees we are in this pandemic it was good to gather your thoughts as you will look back and say I am have so glad made a record of my journey x

love it its just what i was looking fot , presented well, reads well . positivity spills out throughought .Inlove the fact that there are blank pretty pages for notes. Id recommend anyone struggling with life in general for whatever reason to give it a look .

Beautiful book
A beautiful book and you cannot beat the price. It also supports a good cause. I have both of these books and from time to time I take them out and doodle or draw. Highly recommended!

Mindfulness journal
When I purchased this book it was only £4.00 ( and still is as I write) and I really didn’t expect it to be as helpful as it it for that bargain price. It’s like having a counsellor in book form ready to give you advice and mindful exercises whenever you have a few moments to yourself . The journal isn’t at all “hippy dippy” and has just a few well thought out quotes. There are plenty of blank pages for you to express yourself by writing, drawing or colouring. It’s beautifully illustrated on good quality paper. I felt relaxed even after only skimming through it.
