These are the best bitters around. Scrappy knows it and is proud of their product. I love their stuff, and one will pay for it. This is a nice taster's set. It looks small and is concentrated. I got this solely for the lavender bitters but love all of them! Their flavors are full and unique. They will change your cocktails just by using different bitters. The black lemon has been a go to, age the cardamom adds a great strong cardamom flavor with no hassle! Give these a try if you're wanting something unique to the bartender who seems to have it all.

I'm using these for cocktails and mocktails and they taste great! The small size but varied flavors give me lots of options to try new combinations.

For the times that I don't want a heavy alcoholic drink or wine, I substitute bitters and club soda. These flavors are perfectly earthy, and I like them all. My favorite is the New Orleans one. The cardamom is nice in tea as well.

I gave these as a Christmas present to a friend who is a cocktail aficionado. He really liked them. We sampled all of the flavors. They were strong and distinct. I'm looking forward to what he does with them.
