Great purchase
This picture frame is perfect. It was easy to set up and the pictures are clear. My grandkids love to watch it and point out when one of their pictures comes on screen. I would highly recommend it!

Nice size
Replaced a 12" Nixplay unit that lasted about nine years (began to flicker). I tried a 10 inch unit, but it was just too small. This unit is a nice size. It set up easily & quickly with no problems.

Low quality but it works
I've found the motion sensor + timer simply don't work. My goal is to have it turn on if someone is in the room between certain hours, but instead I came downstairs every morning to find it completely crashed and I had to pull the plug and reboot it. I also found the timer in general to not work well. Only using the motion sensor does work very well. All-in-all I'd say given the price I'm very disappointed, but considering my requirements I've figured out how to make it work.

Not-So-Happy
We thoroughly like the screen size and the ease of use. What we don’t like is after plugged up/turned on for several hours, it gets “stuck” and/or freeze and then it has to be manually reset AGAIN! Per purchased for my 82 year old Dad, this becomes cumbersome to keep up/continue.

Great frame
I bought this for my mother...she loves it.It's easy to start up, and all you need to do is add files to the thumb drive as you go.I keep two thumb drives handy, so I can add files to my computer's sub-directory, then burn to the thumb drive and simply change them out. Restarting is simple, as it goes straight to display mode upon inserting the newest version of thumb drive and powering up the unit.i would enthusiastically recommend this product to anyone desirous of a simple to operate display.

Keeps freezing
The damn thing keeps freezing and I have to unplug and replug it again. Not worth the money

Easy to set up
Good quality picture. Nice variety of functions. Especially like auto on/off feature. Customer Service remains to be seen. Bought this brand because previous frame was a different manufacturer, and could not get any response for an operating problem.
