This threading hook is awesome. I don't care for the metal ones. This has just enough flex to catch thread or yarn. Love it.

Don't bother trying to weave without one
I did, and I regret my decision to do it with my fingers. They were very sore and it took 4x as long to thread the reed without this double end heddle/ sleying hook. Very durable too! I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

Makes slaying your warp easy-peasy.
This a terrific threading hook. It’s a tad flexible, which I find helpful. The small ends pulls warp through my hand-tied heddles and the big end slays the warp through the reed so easily. It really makes putting the warm on my loom easy. I just don’t have to think about it. I put on some music or listen to a podcast and then before I know it, I’m ready to start weaving.
