I bought 2 of them and I haven’t use one and when open the package the scanner is not taking charge at all and the one we were using went completely dead The JWM system is working with no problems after the IT tech help identified the issue and thank you.

Very easy to use. But difficult to install the program in the computer.

Not a good product. Putting in password but system keeps saying wrong passwords and we are using the default password. As a result we cannot use the system.

Fácil programación, buenos materiales, se hicieron pruebas y responde los tags en las distintas marcaciones.

I bought the Guard Tour System but the CD to download the software does not work. So I tried to reach out for help through their web page, sent emails, chats, but received no answers. I even called China, but all I heard was a computer in Chinese! Finally found a software to download in their web page, and after downloading it, I got the same message from my anti-virus software: it has a malware. So I tried again without my anti-virus (inactive) and then got the message: ...the database has problems...Both the CD and the web software gave me the same messages. I even tried downloading in another laptop, same problem. Without HELP it is very complicated...I haven't been able to use the equipment. Do not buy it!

1. The software for that system is not working well. 2. There are security problems that avoiding you from installing the app or to log in the website 3. No technical support or costumer service that available to help So if you are looking for more then just scanner and check point but monitoring interface and reports- you should look for other patrol system NOT RECOMMENDED
