I had taken these gel caps daily several years ago. For some reason, I stopped and didn’t return. Decided to begin taking them again. I originally started taking them to control body odor. My odor issue is not hygiene. It is a horrific systemic problem I have dealt with since childhood. In my journey of this life, I have taken up to 4 showers per day. Washed my hair 4 times in a day. Not everyday, of course, but it occurred many times over the years, depending upon how much social interaction I expected to have. Even my chronic bad breath was not affected by tooth/tongue brushing. Mouthwash didn’t help either, neither did gargling with hydrogen peroxide and daily 20-minute sessions of coconut oil-pulling. I always, always keep minty gum in my mouth whenever I set foot out of my house. You get the picture. From the first dosage, the odor diminished. What?!! Yasssss! One part of my body (my crotch area) has always been detectable by me when there is an odor. It’s kind of my “test area.” As we all know, the majority of body odor is often times not detectable by our own noses, yet at the same time, it can be VERY obvious to others. This stuff works so well! With continuous use, you'll notice a difference in your odor. Not that I smell bad otherwise, but in summer months with all the heat and sweating, a little body odor is inevitable. With this I feel like there is no odor at all. Very happy with the results. I only take one pill a day in the morning, and I feel like it also has helped with digestion but I could be wrong. Buy it! Good product.

I don't think my body absorbs it too well. My number 2 comes out very green which scares me, never noticed that happening with other brands. Other than that it does work

I only received this a few days ago, but I'm loving it. Even if it's a sweaty warm night, I don't wake up smelling my own body odor, amazing!!

So far so good for an odor control I felt I needed, that unfortunately came with perimenopause. I don’t let them sit in my mouth so I can’t attest to taste, I just swallow them! I am not having any aftertaste. I took one in the mornings for several days, but took 2 today which is the recommended dose. They haven’t caused me any green poo like the other people have said but, that isn’t concerning to me if is to be expected and not going to be a problem to my health. I would just hate if I ended up with digestive discomfort or loose stools. But, since I just increased to 2, if it does, I’ll dial it back to one instead of 2 and edit my review. Edit: one works for me as well as 2. I did see some very green poop with 2. So, I’m going back to one each day.

Does not work for body odor! Possibly worked for clearing skins but hard to tell. Been using for a month + and pits still stinkin! I wanted to try a new brand in pill form but the liquid is the best. So I will not purchase this again.
