Cheaply made of plastic. Shipped from India. The wheels to set the digits are small & difficult to move. Once the digits are set, they move, not staying in place. When pushed to print, perhaps the first time it prints, the second, third time, it faintly prints or doesn't. Very disappointed with the quality, and the outrageous price of 19.99 that's shameful. Complained to company about return, refund, they gave the run around, I should cancel order then request for refund. Some outrageous bs.
