My local store stopped selling Black Cohosh and I won't go without it. I was so happy to find it on Amazon, and it's even a much lower price than my local store. I have been taking Black Cohosh for more than 9 years for peri-menopause and now full-on menopause. I really cannot do without it. It helps me sleep and my night sweats have greatly reduced over the years. I have fewer hot flashes and my husband would say my mood swings are decreased, too. It has helped me more than other menopause products out there. I highly recommend if you are struggling with peri- and full menopause symptoms.

I cannot go without this! I have been taking for a while for just hot flashes. They were bad, I was having them off and on all day long. It took about a month of taking it ever day but once it got into my system, they completely stopped. Let's just say i don't run out of this stuff!

Picture this ladies....you are in a meeting at work presenting to a group of ten or more people and all of a sudden, sweat is pouring from the top of your head down past your chin. Your makeup is running and now you are frantically searching for tissue. This was me (flashing morning, noon, and night) BEFORE trying this product. She did have some estrodial "on deck" if I couldn't endure. If I could give this product 10 stars, I would! It's one pill a day (which I love), and I have not experienced any negative side effects. I take it in the morning, anywhere from 6 to 8 a.m. every day (usually with food). I also take magnesium as well. Please, please, please if you are carrying around two mini fans in your purse like I was, and sweating to the point that's it's negatively impacting your self-esteem, give this product a try. It has truly been answered prayer for me.

I have a Mirena and have not ever bled on it. I was taking this for about a year, and started bleeding again. I immediately stopped taking it and went back to not bleeding. I took this with Chasteberry/Vitex to help regulate mood swings. I thought it was helping, but now that I'm off of it again I have not had any rebound in mood swings. The product appears to be good quality & and an effective dose. Just be careful if you are on any sort of birth control.

I started taking this after witnessing a friend at that time suffer by getting soak & wet from menopause hot flashes! Literally!!! The goal was to prevent this from happening to me when the time came. I'd take Moringa, but only a few times a week. I take Oil of Oregano to stay regular, Soursop to fight cancer, Vitamin C + B- Complex for my iron, Pre&Probiotics & Biotin. I started working out & added creatin & a veggie collagan rich protein. Get Moringa & Black Cohosh! I'm telling you, they WORK. If you are on meds, talk to your PCP BEORE taking. The drug interactions can be DEADLY! I only do herbs!!!!! Gucci!
