How does this unit connect to the thermostat for the in floor heating. My current unit has the wires connected to the back of the unit.

Hello, this unit has 4 terminals at the back, 2 terminals L(L1) and N(L2) on one end, this is where you connect the power to supply the thermostat, and at the other end you have 2 terminals for the Load (heater) No's 1 and 4. The thermostat also has an option to connect a floor sensor, this connection is accessible behind the screen.

I install it and after couple months it says ground is missing what I need to do to fix it

Is it possible the thermostat message is "Ground fault"? If, during normal operation, the GFCI trips, or thermostat shows "Ground fault", it is possible your heater has a ground fault! To check whether it is a ground fault or nuisance tripping, press “Standby/Reset”. If this causes the red LED to stop flashing and stay off, it was nuisance tripping and the system is operating correctly. If this does not occur, there is a ground fault! In case of a ground fault, it is important to have the heater installation checked by a qualified electrician according to local and national regulations.
