Love, love, love in a heatwave. Light weight, and good quality. Would also every good for anyone suffering with hot flushes.

Bought for partner and - given the heat in the UK recently - she has been using it and raving about the product tbh! Only issue I could come up with is that it does seem and feel basic, and doesn't come with clear instructions (whether you should freeze it, put it in the fridge, or if it'll cool by itself). Though going by other reviews DON'T freeze it, only place in the fridge at most. Not sure how long it'll last, but sounds good so far.

Seems ok, still too early to see if there are any benefits. The only problem is once it comes out of the freezer it is like a plank and wont wrap around your neck.

The weather is very hot, and I couldn't do without these.

Life saver in the heat. They don’t stay cool for more than ten minutes when you take it out the freezer but it really cools you down.

Hands down the worst thing I have ever purchased. Does not stay cold. Has been in the freezer for 48 hours and stayed cool for around 15 minutes, if that!! Would not even waste 10p on this item. Then have to spend 15 minutes to heat up the gel in it to be able to freeze again.

Cooling effect lasts about 5 minutes. A frozen water bottle lasts longer. Waste of money :(

Very happy with it. I bought it initially for my oldest daughter to cool down the allergic reaction in her neck from cowmilk. It soothes the itchiness and burning feeling very well. I ended up using it also for my youngest daughter who had high fever. What i like about it, is that you can shape it, even when it's frozen. I ended up buying a second one.

lo uso io , il mio 🐶, tutti quelli che vengono a casa mia lo vogliono mettere per 19 minuti da usate uscendo quando fa molto caldo o al rientro a casa per rimettere in equilibrio la temperatura

Comodo ma lo utilizzo poco perché passa da essere eccessivamente freddo a tiepido velocemente

Questo anello scadente mi si è spaccato letteralmente sul collo gel denso appiccicoso che mi ha creato un Eritema Purtroppo non ho la foto perché non ho pensato di farla e postarla( peccato) si è letteralmente svuotato lateralmente fate attenzione!!
