APC UPS Battery Replacement, RBC35, for APC Back-UPS models BE350G, BE350C

I bought this because my APC Battery Backups Pro 1000 started to lose power all the time. I figured out that the battery inside had gone bad. I thought originally that I was going to have to replace the entire model that is almost $200 dollars, but I did some research and found that it's just the battery inside and it could be replaced fairly easy and for a fraction of the cost to replace the entire unit instead. It arrived in less then 24 hours after placing the order and got the new battery installed within 10 minutes after opening the box. My APC Pro 1000 works perfectly fine now and it was overall an easy fix. I've got 3 of these units in my home, so next time I have an issue like this, I'll be able to fix them easily and for a low price. I'll definitely use this company again if that happens. Great product and great price as well as shipping it to me in less then 24 hours for no additional cost.

Exact replacement for our APC BE350C battery. After several years the old battery gave up. Purchased this battery replacement in August of 2024. Upon receipt we replaced the old battery, and shipped it to the recycle facility using the RBC Recycling Program on the APC website. The program had a free return to the closest recycling center, and we used the packaging from the new battery to return the old one. The replacement has been, and is even now, working without fail since install. Great deal all around, we saved a lot of money. Thanks!

Fit is 100% with both connections in the proper place. Come mostly charged and ready for use. Decided to test capacity and it ran 1 led lamp for just over an hour until the ups powered down.

Battery works as expected but I hope it gives more than a year of service. These batteries generally don't last as long as I'd hope. I have about 10 of these APC units in service and it seems like I'm always replacing batteries. Maybe it's because they're constantly held at full charge and never permitted to run low and recharge. I don't know. I'm just a bit miffed that the tech isn't more user friendly.This replacement battery did work although I had to mess with the connectors more than anticipated to get the cover back on the compartment. I also noticed that APC's image does not match the image of the actual battery. That's good because the actual battery is smaller, making you wonder if you'll receive the correct battery. APC's own website images are equally faulty and no indication is made in the captions that the image is only representative of the item. I was forced to physically measure the old battery before placing the order to be more certain that I wouldn't have a return (which isn't possible with these batteries anyway because they are hazardous/illegal for consumers to ship.) Fortunately, the battery was correct and fit acceptably without the need for wire refitting or case modification as some have indicated.I'd love to try another manufacturer's UPS unit to see if what APC offers is truly better quality. I went with the brand years ago and so I'm stuck with in the meantime.This particular new battery replacement looks like a refurbished item because the case is significantly scratched as if it had been previously installed. Not that I mind batteries and cases being recycled - I simply prefer complete honesty from the manufacturer.

APC replacement battery fits perfectly. Purchased last one from Amazon more than 4 1/2 years ago. Lasting close to 5 years with multiple blackouts, it’s worth getting a genuine replacement. Recommend to buy genuine and not cheap ones that don’t fit or last long.

I bought four of these batteries to replace the dead batteries in my four APC Model BE350G Battery Backup UPS.I purchased all of these UPC's in 2015 and by 2020 all the batteries had failed. I have other APC models that I purchased prior to 2015 and those batteries are still good, so it appears that this model has an issue with battery life.The warranty is only for 3 years so had no choice but to buy replacement batteries or get replacement UPS. Fortunately the replacement battery price was about 1/2 of a new UPC so I went with the replacement.As noted by another review the batteries are re-branded and re-stickered from an out of county supplier (the original ones are from the same out of country supplier), so I guess I'll see if these fail by 2025 or sooner as they are made by the same supplier.The batteries are easy to replace and the instructions are clear. Due to the pandemic I'm having difficulty finding an open recycling center to take the old batteries, but I'll store them and wait until they start re-opening.

Despite the product description - which says it will work with our APC device - the product did NOT work and was too small. This item is non-returnable so if you're willing to spend money for nothing - then buy this device. Otherwise, keep your money. Not worth it to spend $41 for nothing.
