Brooks Women's Addiction Walker 2 Walking Shoe

Brooks walking shoes are the best. I discovered this brand when I worked at a hospital. They provide a lot of support, and I can fit my orthotics under the liner inside the shoe. In the past I had a problem with plantar fasciitis and this shoe combined with orthotics took care of the problem. The sole of the shoe does not curve in by the arch like other shoes, so they are flatter and provide more support in that area, so my ankles don't fall in. I already knew my size because I have bought this brand before. They are pricey but worth it if you have foot pain.

The problem I am having is that I want to send this shoe back and buy another Addiction GTS 15 but can't find a way to send the back and when they arrived they were not in a sealed package as the Addiction shoes were so there is just one order number and that is the addiction shoes as it does not accept it for the walker shoes. Nothing is wrong with the walker ones but they do not fit me as well as the other shoes do as I have knee replacements and when the shoe is not right my back aches. I sure would like to know how to send them back as I do not have a separate order number.

Shoes run pretty small(short). You may want to go a full size larger.

I ordered these for nursing school, and they are by far the most comfortable and supportive shoes I’ve come across. Compared to the HOKA Bondi SRs, which many nursing students wear, these are 100% better in my opinion especially if you need strong arch support. They do run a bit more narrow, so if you have wider feet, I recommend sizing up or going with the wide or extra wide option for the best fit.
