Performs like robot coupe half the price
I'm used to working with a robot coupe which is quite a bit more expensive but I am extremely happy with the performance of this machine. It pretty much performs no differently than the robot coupe which is over a 1000 dollars so it's a great value

I have had this unit for several months now and am impressed with its cutting and chopping. That it doesn't have all the do-dahs of some modern processors was actually a plus (less to clean). The important things are that the motor seems strong, the unit is well put-together, and the knives/choppers/blades first rate.

Needs more power
After purchasing a different model (Cuisinart Elite 12 cup) two years ago we finally got tired of cleaning the lid on that unit. We eventually stopped using it because no one was willing to spend the time getting all the food out of the gaskets and crevasses. Interestingly this unit comes with some of the same discs as the Elite (just stamped with Waring instead) which was disappointing as that was one of things that we had hoped would be improved with a unit that cost twice as the elite. But here is the most important difference- the motor. The motor on the Waring is almost half the power of the Elite (3/4hp vs 1.3-ish). I was barely able to process dough and really couldn't shred mozzarella cheese right out of the fridge. To my previous point on the discs; there seems to be just a bit too much gap between the top of the disc and the lid which means there is always a chunk of carrot, cheese, etc that doesn't get shredded. Because this is SO much easier to clean we use it almost everyday, just wish there was more power to get through bread dough.

NOT MADE IN THE US AS INDICATED
Got my new "US" made food processor today only to find every part marked Made in China. I specifically bought this processor because the details said the country of origin was the US. It may be a terrific machine but it's not US made as advertised. Now I have to figure out how to get all the pieces back in the box to ship it back!!!

Built to Last
I originally bought this in 2019 to increase my production for my food manufacturing business. For two years I worked this beast mercilessly almost daily until my production volume justified buying a buffalo chopper. Iโve since retired this to my personal kitchen and it still runs like a beast 5 years later. Money well spent!

Comercial grade
Construction seems to be commercial grade, i.e. good. I think it will last for many years. Does a good job of blending etc. Easy to clean. Easy to use (just a few buttons to push). I looked for a long time on the web for a replacement for my wimpy blender, and this fills the bill.

Questionable to call this "commercial"...
Questionable to call this "commercial"...it's not bad, but it's not a Robo Coupe. It struggles with things like fondant, except in small batches. Its okay, but not great.

Stopped working after 8 months of use.
After only 8 months of using this product it has broken and has to be replaced. Even worse the time to return it has passed. Not happy with this product. Will not purchase again.
