This is a great product if you have to fix computers on the regular. Specifically, fixing any win OS based computer. Used it a few times now and I was able to save files that were thought to be lost. The only downside is can only connect 1 internal HDD/SDD at a time. I was trying to transfer files from 2 internal hard drives but you can't. You will have to transfer them to the local computer its connected to USB, then transfer to the second drive. Overall, very useful, easy to use, and it works.

Was able to use it to access old scsi 3.5 and 2.5 drives with no problem. Seemed abit slow, but could just be the old drives.

Works ok, but can be glitchy. It did what I needed. Will keep using

This thing has been a great investment. I have a few old computer towers, and an old external hard drive that have stopped working through the years. I thought my pictures and documents were most likely never to be seen again. When I saw this thing, I ordered it, removed the old hard drives from the towers, and hooked them up. It worked great. I now have all my old pictures and files that I thought I lost. Yes, I made backup files this time, so hopefully this won't be an issue again.

Didn't work on my old hard drives it seemed to want to work but there might have been a problem with my hard drives for the price still worth giving it a shot it brought up my hard drives well one anyway and it said it was empty I think it depends on what you use because my laptop wouldn't acknowledge either hard drives but my daughters computer acknowledged the one either way it seems like it was working.

Very easy to use. Well built. Cords are a bit short, but not an issue if you place the setup on top of your computer case. Has all the ports for older model hd's. All of mine fit the same connector and it was easy to go to "my computer" and open the hd's and transfer everything over to the new computer. Even worked on an old laptop hd I ripped out. Worth every penny. I can now transfer games back onto the old hd's in case I ever need to reformat and put them all back on without downloading. Very very useful. Thank you!

Out of the box dead. I suspect no power to the drive as the PC read a usb hookup. Would not even detect an installed drive as there.

This multifunction hub just stopped working suddenly. I have no idea how to fix , Waste of money.

The product I received didn't work.

Reads well, fits the different size drives well and has a fairly robust build, only thing wrong was the incorrect power adaptor plug for Australia, it had a Asia type adapter
