Having an LED lit all the time was not acceptable. I contacted customer service to for more info on wiring/recommendations. Was not helpful they replied but had no input other than it was supposed to be lit all the time.So this is how I ended up wiring it. None of the lights are lit on the button until it is engaged. Both LED's on the switch light up when engaged.Note: I am using a wiring harness with a relay and fuse I bought off of amazon.From vehicle/light wiring Harness. Black - Red - White wires.On this switch. Black - Red - White - GreenConnectVehicle Black - Switch BlackVehicle Red - Switch GreenVehicle White - Switch Red Switch WhiteHope this helps.

If you want this button to be ON/OFF without being illuminated all the time then hook it up as follows:Red - to source or relayGreen - to 12+ sourceBlack - to groundIn this method the switch will only illuminate when ON.

Works great, easy install. I bought some for $20 ea from OTRATTW. And burned one up during install. Didn’t want to wait for a replacement. Found these on amazon got next day looks and works like the higher cost switch. Only difference is the artwork in front. Pick the picture that works best for you and go for it.
