Overall Recommendation: If you're a fan of Mass Effect or know someone who is, this collection is a must-buy. It encapsulates everything that makes the series great: compelling stories, memorable characters, and breathtaking artwork. Five stars without hesitation! Review: We Are [a] Legion [of nerds] - I remember reading through the Mass Effect Wiki articles and found multiple points in a character's story line that had vivid artwork but I clearly remember not occurring in game. I found the names of the various graphic novels and then looked for a complete compendium of those comics. This is it. I bought myself a copy and practically jittered with excitement as I cracked open the first page. I spent all night reading the entire thing. There was some disgust (I hated Blasto as a character in the Citadel DLC) but most of it was supplementary knowledge that I would have otherwise missed out on. I have an idea as to why Kai Leng is so feared by the Council and the Systems Alliance, but I feel like a need to obtain the printed books to have the complete picture. I loved this book so much that I sent a copy of it to my uncle for Christmas several years back. He was the person who first introduced me to the series, and I am hooked on it like a 70s kid on Star Wars. He had no idea this book existed, and I felt like returning part of the favor. The fact that he is mainly a graphic novel guy is just a bonus. ...someone needs to create a story line about some of the other characters in the ME series and gaps in their appearances (Legion, Grunt, Miranda, etc.), but that is not the fault of this publisher. The stories need to be drawn.

We Are [a] Legion [of nerds]

I bought myself a copy and practically jittered with excitement as I cracked open the first page. I spent all night reading the entire thing. Fantastic addition for any ME fan!
For fans of the ME franchise, this collection provides some much needed and amazing backstreet to some of your favorite characters and events. Read this in about 2 days and genuinely did not want to, nor could I, put it down. Definitely worth the purchase 100%!

Excellent Quality
My 14 year old son purchased this with his allowance and has never been more pleased. This book has been printed on a heavy glossy page that is beautiful. My son was rattling on for over fifteen minutes about the stories he had not expected to be include in the complete set as they were some kind of special one...to be honest I might have blacked out a minute during this time as my recollection is a bit sketchy, I mean the whole reason we bought it was the statement, "Every Mass Effectcomic book series collected into a single volume for the first time", feels pretty inclusive. Regardless of any of that my son says it is excellent in content and I say the quality is excellent. The artwork is bright and colorful, it is glossy thick pages, the glue binding is well done, and the weight is very nice.

All ME comics in one TPB!
Super affordable collection of comics that tell prequels and missing storylines leading up to the greatest gaming trilogy of all time. I’m Commander Shepard and this is my favorite graphic novel collection on the citadel

Nearly perfect, but one glaring omission, and a gripe
I am not much of a comic book fan, but I love Mass Effect enough that this was a no brainer for me. I love the lore, and I'll take any way to get more backstory to these beloved characters. This book is nearly perfect, and the stories I have read so far tied up loose ends in an entertaining way without contradicting the storylines in the games. The pages are beautifully done, and I have no issues with ripping and tearing as other have. The one major drawback for me, as a couple others mentioned: Why would you release a book like this without a table of contents?!?!?! As these were ordered by release date and not their place in the overall story arch, I would have liked to reference a table so I could easily read the stories that are sequels back to back. The gripe I have is that nearly every comic has an illustration cover page before it, to signify the start of the next release. The exceptions are the Foundation series (which shows backstories for Kaidan, Thane, Jack, etc) which have no such pages, and no divider to tell you that the story ends and another is picking up.

10/10
My girlfriend loved it unfortunately it got a little damaged cuz it got rained on. But it includes scenes from before the game that give a lot more info and detail which I found interesting.

Great compilation of the comics around the Mass Effect series. For a fan of the series, I'm very satisfied with the contents as it explores the universe around the games and provides some additional background. The book is quite massive so 4500JPY-5000JPY is a good price for it. I however noticed some troubling quality issues: 1) a page was incorrectly cut and the extra bit of paper caused a rip 2) one page presented some folds and misprint (ink overlap) making it very difficult to read. The pages are thin for such a big book so I recommend to turn pages with care

One-shot post ME2. Mass Effect: Conviction - da pagina 391 a 400. One-shot post ME2. He who laughs best - da pagina 401 a 410. One-shot che avviene prima di ME1. Blasto eternity is forever - da pagina 411 a 424.
