It was easy to apply and invisible on the mirror.

Easy to apply
A little hard to review since this product is supposed to help prevent the mirror coating on back from deteorating and causing a black edge around mirror. It will take some time to see if it helps. Easy to apply. Mirrors should come sealed, but Moen sent me another with no questions asked. I have three of the oval mirrors that swivel in my bathrooms.Review update 02/24/2013...I noticed that the bottom of one of my mirrors is again showing signs of the backing eroding causing spots to appear. I think I might attribute that to the mirror manufacturer probably more than this product. If applied to a quality made mirror, I believe this product will work.

Secret for preventing bathroom mirror edges from flaking
For some reason my second 3' bathroom medicine chest mirror has flaked, even with meticulous care keeping the edges dry. Possibly the moisture from the shower has rendered these ministrations futile. My medicine cabinet company kindly sent me a third set of doors and this time I appled the CRL Gunther Seal-Kwik on the INNER EDGE of the mirror. You must be cautious NOT to put this sealer on the front of the mirror as it hardens into a glue-like consistency that needs a razor to remove. Apply on the inner edge of the mirror about 1/2 inch on the UNFINISHED edges. If your mirror has a frame, there is probably no need to apply this product as the paint probably will not flake. Medicine cabinet mirrors that are sharp, and framed are lovely and modern but must get a coat of this sealer. Once the sealer dries, you can actually feel the protection with your fingers. Great product, saved a $1,000 mirrored medicine chest.

Worked as expected
I sealed two large frameless mirrors that I bought at Home DepotThe mirrors were glued to the walls in the bathrooms.Hopefully the sealer will help with the mirror edges

Useless product
I purchased this product to seal the edges of a frameless mirrored medicine cabinet. I followed the instructions and even phoned the manufacturer to get any additional tips on application. Within four months, the sealer peeled off. I only open and close my medicine cabinet twice a day and only with dry clean hands. I contacted CRL again today hoping to find out what I might have done wrong or how to improve application. Their tech advised me to install a trim around the mirror so that I don't touch the edge where the sealer was applied. So basically this sealer is only good for a mirror that has a frame or on a mirror that is never touched. FYI, the sealer goes on clear like elmer's glue and peels off just like elmer's glue. I will continue to try other options. I would not recommend this for use on anything you will touch.

The price is little big high, I think it is similar as regular floor finish.

Not Impressed
This mirror sealer is like white school glue and peeled back off. For that exorbitant price I was expecting much more. It never hardened.
